United States Delivery

BOHARU & CO. Lumina currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Available delivery methods, rates, and the most current estimate are shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. During unusually busy periods or when an item requires additional handling, preparation may take longer. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Estimated Transit

Most tracked deliveries arrive within approximately 4–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or address issues.

Customs & Import Duties

For U.S. orders, BOHARU & CO. uses shipping routes designed as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) whenever available. Customs clearance, import handling, and standard duties are generally included within the shipping process, so customers should not normally expect additional customs charges upon delivery.

Customs regulations and assessments remain under the control of local authorities. Rare exceptions may occur, including a reassessment of declared value, a request for additional information, special customs requirements, or regulatory changes. If customs requests further information or charges, our support team will assist you throughout the process.

Separate Shipments

Some pieces are fulfilled by specialist partners and may arrive in separate packages. When available, tracking information is sent by email for each shipment.

Address Changes

Please review your delivery address carefully. Email boharuco@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins.

Delivery Problems

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with your order number and supporting photos or video. We will review the circumstances and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
